First time using Michael Lee and it was a great experience from start to finish. He was accommodating with scheduling, provided sound advice and very professional. I would highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable and a very nice guy. He is my go to guy for any locksmith work in the future.

This is the 2nd time we’ve called Michael Lee to help us out. The most recent call was to help us replace our locks due to a break in. I emailed Michael at 11:45pm the night of the break in, and he replied 15 mins later. He came by the house at 9am the next day. Had to call a locksmith given we had locked ourselves out of the house. Called and spoke with Michael. He was able to schedule his time to a time convenient to me. Arrived at the house on time. Was very pleasant and explained what he was doing and why. Basically ended up with a new door knob and lock. He cleaned up after himself. Michael is very professional but easy to talk to. I would recommend him to others should the need arise.
