I contacted Michael after an attempted break in at our apartment. Our door lock was destroyed and we were locked out of our apartment. Michael came over right away, during dinner time, without hesitation. He was very professional and explained to us how the lock was compromised. Had to call a locksmith given we had locked ourselves out of the house. Called and spoke with Michael. He was able to schedule his time to a time convenient to me. Arrived at the house on time.
