I contacted Michael after an attempted break in at our apartment. Our door lock was destroyed and we were locked out of our apartment. Michael came over right away, during dinner time, without hesitation. He was very professional and explained to us how the lock was compromised. He showed us the difference between different grades of locks and explained which would be best. The lock we chose at his recommendation was higher quality but it was brushed nickel. Michael was very accommodating when we scheduled the appointment. He showed up early, which was great. Very friendly guy. He even mentioned that my place is not his assigned area, but because I specifically asked for him, through the reviews in Yelp, that he came out to do the work. I definitely would recommend him.

Had to call a locksmith given we had locked ourselves out of the house. Called and spoke with Michael. He was able to schedule his time to a time convenient to me. Arrived at the house on time. Was very pleasant and explained what he was doing and why. Basically ended up with a new door knob and lock. He cleaned up after himself. Michael is very professional but easy to talk to. I would recommend him to others should the need arise.

Michael just left our place after re-keying our locks on only 2 hours notice!!! Super cool, funny, courteous professional who to took the time to walk us through everything he was doing. Very competitive rates and reliable service. What more can you ask for?
