This is the 2nd time we’ve called Michael Lee to help us out. The most recent call was to help us replace our locks due to a break in. I contacted Michael after an attempted break in at our apartment. Our door lock was destroyed and we were locked out of our apartment. Michael came over right away, during dinner time, without hesitation. He was very professional and explained to us how the lock was compromised. He showed us the difference between different grades of locks and explained which would be best. The lock we chose at his recommendation was higher quality but it was brushed nickel. After locking myself out of the house and calling another local locksmith who quoted me a 2 hour wait (on a Wednesday morning?) and higher rate I gratefully found Mr Locksmith. Had to call a locksmith given we had locked ourselves out of the house. Called and spoke with Michael. He was able to schedule his time to a time convenient to me. Arrived at the house on time. Was very pleasant and explained what he was doing and why. Basically ended up with a new door knob and lock. He cleaned up after himself. Michael is very professional but easy to talk to. I would recommend him to others should the need arise.

I contacted Michael with our server room door and shower room door locks in our office. I asked him to come in and quote it and he did so promptly.
