He even mentioned that my place is not his assigned area, but because I specifically asked for him, through the reviews in Yelp, that he came out to do the work. I definitely would recommend him.

Mr Michael did a great job for us too! My 5-year-old locked the master bedroom and the building manager did not have the key. I called Mr Locksmith Burnaby and Mr Michael came to help us.
