Mr Michael did a great job for us too! My 5-year-old locked the master bedroom and the building manager did not have the key. I called Mr Locksmith Burnaby and Mr Michael came to help us. He was a gentleman and very professional. He opened the door within 10 seconds, and removed the lock mechanism so that my children (or other family members) do not accidentally lock it any more. This is the 2nd time we’ve called Michael Lee to help us out. The most recent call was to help us replace our locks due to a break in. I emailed Michael at 11:45pm the night of the break in, and he replied 15 mins later. He came by the house at 9am the next day.
