I contacted Michael after an attempted break in at our apartment. Our door lock was destroyed and we were locked out of our apartment. Had to call a locksmith given we had locked ourselves out of the house. Called and spoke with Michael. He was able to schedule his time to a time convenient to me. Arrived at the house on time. Was very pleasant and explained what he was doing and why. Basically ended up with a new door knob and lock. He cleaned up after himself. Michael is very professional but easy to talk to.
