This is the 2nd time we’ve called Michael Lee to help us out. The most recent call was to help us replace our locks due to a break in. I emailed Michael at 11:45pm the night of the break in, and he replied 15 mins later. He came by the house at 9am the next day. Had to call a locksmith given we had locked ourselves out of the house. Called and spoke with Michael. He was able to schedule his time to a time convenient to me. Arrived at the house on time. Was very pleasant and explained what he was doing and why. Basically ended up with a new door knob and lock. He cleaned up after himself. Michael is very professional but easy to talk to.
