Mr Michael did a great job for us too! My 5-year-old locked the master bedroom and the building manager did not have the key. I called Mr Locksmith Burnaby and Mr Michael came to help us. He was a gentleman and very professional. He opened the door within 10 seconds, and removed the lock mechanism so that my children (or other family members) do not accidentally lock it any more. Michael was very nice and helpful. He came the next day after I called him to change locks on 4 doors and add a new heavy duty deadbolt on all 4 doors after one of my patio doors got broken into the day before. He was knowledgeable and I felt safe as I had to leave him to run a quick errand.
