Our company would not hesitate to recommend Michael of Mr. Locksmith Burnaby.We had a break-in at the office of one of our tenants and needed to secure the commercial building.I phoned Michael and he was available immediately on a Saturday.4 doors were dealt with.Our outside door had the lock replaced with a very secure lock and keys that could not be copied.The inside doors had new dead bolts installed and the main office door had 2 door guardians installed for added security.This last installation was at the recommendation of the police who suggested that a door that is not regularly used would be at a very high security level with the door guardians.Finally, an outside back door had new bolts installed with a metal door frame guard. Michael was professional and courteous, taking time to carefully explain all options and was very open to questions and suggestions (police recommendations).The outside work could not be completed until the weather improved and Michael kept us informed of his timing.This was all done without a downpayment or credit card number being requested.Our company and our tenants have peace of mind and the knowledge that Michael is available to work for our very best interests.
