We had a rare request for a special type of lock because of the unique situation we are in and Michael understood, took care of it for us and gave us ideas with our different locking system that were very useful. We just moved and used Michael’s services again because he’s professional, reliable and personable.
I had been calling around all morning to find out who could fix the problem I had. Our condo door had dropped and the lock no longer slid closed!
I had explained this to a few different businesses who were not able to help me the same day and who did not really reassure me that they would be able to fix it. As soon as I told Michael what the problem was, he assured me that he saw the same problem all the time. He told me that I was I. His way to another appointment but since I was on his router he could be at my place in 30 min!
When he got there he was very friendly and professional. He presented me with his card and not for a minute did I feel uncomfortable having a strange man in my place alone with me.

I contacted Michael after an attempted break in at our apartment. Our door lock was destroyed and we were locked out of our apartment. Michael came over right away, during dinner time, without hesitation. He was very professional and explained to us how the lock was compromised. He showed us the difference between different grades of locks and explained which would be best.
The lock we chose at his recommendation was higher quality but it was brushed nickel. Our building requires chrome fixtures. Michael said this was not a problem, he would install the brushed nickel and order us the chrome then return and install it. I assumed I would need to follow up to get the chrome fixtures but Michael called two weeks later just as he said he would. He came by on the weekend and installed it for us.
It was comforting to have a professional locksmith during an uneasy situation such as a break in.
We really appreciated his extra effort and would highly recommend Michael.
Mr Michael did a great job for us too! My 5-year-old locked the master bedroom and the building manager did not have the key. I called Mr Locksmith Burnaby and Mr Michael came to help us. He was a gentleman and very professional. He opened the door within 10 seconds, and removed the lock mechanism so that my children (or other family members) do not accidentally lock it any more. Highly recommended.
I contacted Michael with our server room door and shower room door locks in our office. I asked him to come in and quote it and he did so promptly. The price quoted was reasonable
It was around the end of office hours when he came in, so he came to do the work the following morning. Again, he was very punctual. The day before, he texted me a lock that he thought would work better on the shower door but wouldn’t cost more. I really appreciated that he thought of what would work for us.
All in all, he was professional and super nice. Would definitely recommend him and will call him if I needed locksmith services again.
