This is the 2nd time we’ve called Michael Lee to help us out. The most recent call was to help us replace our locks due to a break in. I emailed Michael at 11:45pm the night of the break in, and he replied 15 mins later. He came by the house at 9am the next day. He helped to re-secure the patio door where the thieves broke in, and added a couple more locks/hardware to reduce the risk of the patio door being compromised again.
